ORDER DISMISSING ACTION
By order filed March 4, 2003, the Court dismissed plaintiff's complaint. The Court afforded plaintiff the opportunity to file an amended complaint within 30 days of the date of the order. To date, plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint.
Accordingly, the above-entitled action is hereby DISMISSED.
The Clerk shall close the file.
