Application for leave to appeal from the Criminal Court of Baltimore (HARLAN, J.).

Oscar Lee Hardy instituted a proceeding under the Post Conviction Procedure Act, and from a denial of relief, he applied for leave to appeal.

Application denied.

Before HAMMOND, HORNEY, MARBURY, BARNES and McWILLIAMS, JJ.


Decided June 27, 1966.


For the reasons set forth in the opinion of Judge Harlan in the lower court, the application for leave to appeal is denied.
