Appeal, No. 2, Oct. T., 1958, from judgment of Court of Common Pleas of Berks County, Dec. T., 1956, No. 26, in case of Ella Harding, widow of Melvin T. Harding, v. Armour Company. Judgment affirmed.

Appeal by employer from award by Workmen's Compensation Board.

Order entered dismissing appeal and directing judgment for claimant, opinion by SHANAMAN, J. Defendant appealed.
