Order denying defendant's motion to dismiss the complaint and order denying defendant's motion to dismiss the amended complaint, or in the alternative to strike out the second cause of action, affirmed, with one bill of ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. The defendant's time to answer or otherwise plead is extended until ten days after the entry of the order hereon. Hagarty, Carswell, Adel, Taylor and Close, JJ., concur.
