An appeal and cross appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 12, 2019, And the parties having jointly moved for an extension of time in which to perfect the appeal and cross appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of extending the time to perfect the respective appeals to the December 2020 Term of this Court.
