These cases are calendared for trial at the Court's April 3, 2023, Salt Lake City, Utah trial session. On December 23, 2022, the parties filed a joint motion for continuance and requested that these cases be set on a Special Session. After due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the joint motion for continuance is granted and these cases are stricken from the Court's April 3, 2023, Salt Lake City, Utah trial session. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that these cases are set for trial at a Special Session scheduled to commence on Monday, June 26, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at U.S. District Court, Orrin G. Hatch U.S. Courthouse, 351 S. West Temple Street, Salt Lake City, Utah 84138. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall file a joint status report by February 17, 2023, proposing a comprehensive pretrial schedule. If there are any items in the proposed schedule about which the parties cannot agree, the parties shall set forth their respective proposals. In lieu of a joint status report, either party may file a status report stating that the other party has reviewed and agreed to the content of the report.
