The stipulation for dismissal of respondent Allen R. Greenwald is recognized by the Court, and this petition for writ of mandamus, or in the alternative, petition for writ of certiorari is hereby dismissed as to respondent Allen R. Greenwald.

Following review of the petition for writ of mandamus, or in the alternative, petition for writ of certiorari and the response and reply thereto, it is ordered that said petition is hereby denied.

Respondent James F. Pollack's motion to file errata and supplemental appendix in response to petition for writ of mandamus, or in the alternative, petition for writ of certiorari is granted.

Upon consideration of the motion for attorney's fees filed by respondent Sam B. Nevel, it is ordered that said motion is hereby denied.

Upon consideration of the motion for appellate attorneys' fees and costs filed by respondent James F. Pollack, it is ordered that said motion is hereby denied.
