ORDER

Courtney D. Jones, Judge.

This matter is before the Court on respondent's Status Report, filed March 24, 2023. On December 22, 2022, the parties filed a Stipulation of Settled Issues. Therein, they represent that they have resolved all issues in this case. On December 27, 2022, the Court directed the parties to file a proposed stipulated decision on or before March 24, 2023.

In the Status Report, respondent again advises that the parties have reached a basis for settlement. Further, respondent's counsel provided petitioner Dia Michele Hancock with a proposed stipulated decision and settlement stipulation. However, respondent requests an additional 60 days to finalize the proposed stipulated decision. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, the time in which the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision is extended to on or before May 23, 2023.
