This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 8, 2024, in New York, New York.
On February 8, 2024, respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgment and concurrently therewith filed a Declaration of Ryan J. Hough in Support of Motion for Summary Judgment. Respondent informed the Court that petitioners object to the granting of this motion.
For cause, it is
ORDERED that, on or before March 18, 2024, petitioners shall file with the Court a response to Respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment.
