This case was heard for trial on March 9, 2023, during the Remote Special Trial Session of the Court where Cleveland, Ohio was listed as the place of trial. The case was submitted at that time, and the record was closed by Order of the Court on March 22, 2023.

On June 13, 2023, both respondent and petitioner filed with the Court Simultaneous Opening Briefs. On June 14, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a First Supplement to Simultaneous Opening Brief, which was titled "Sealed Addendum to Respondent's Opening Brief." The brief was temporarily sealed in the record. The Court was informally notified that both parties agreed that the First Supplement to Simultaneous Opening Brief at Index No. 44 should be permanently sealed in the docket record.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall seal from the Court's public record respondent's First Supplement to Simultaneous Opening Brief at Index No. 44, filed with the Court on June 14, 2023. The Court shall retain this document in a sealed file that shall not be opened for inspection by any person or entity except by Order of the Court.
