ORDER

On May 9, 2023, petitioner filed with the Court a Motion for Extension of Time to File the Simultaneous Opening Brief. Petitioner requests an additional twenty-one (21) days from the current May 23, 2023, due date to submit the Simultaneous Opening Briefs in order for the parties to have adequate time to review the transcript of the March 9, 2023, hearing. Petitioner also informed the Court that respondent has consented to the twenty-one day extension.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Extension of Time to File the Simultaneous Opening Brief, filed with the Court on May 9, 2023, is hereby granted in that: the due date for the parties to submit to the Court Simultaneous Opening Briefs is moved from May 23, 2023, to June 13, 2023. The Court will also move the due date for parties to submit to the Court Simultaneous Answering Briefs from July 7, 2023, to July 31, 2023.
