Court of Appeals Case No. A21A0925

The Honorable Supreme Court met pursuant to adjournment.

The Supreme Court today granted the writ of certiorari in this case.

See OCGA §§ 51-4-2 (a); 23-4-20; 23-1-3. See generally Brown v. Liberty Oil &Refining Corp., 261 Ga. 214, 215216 (403 S.E.2d 806) (1991).

Briefs should be submitted only on these points. See Supreme Court Rule 45.
