BY ORDER OF THE COURT.
We decline petitioner's request to invoke jurisdiction under the “all writs” provision of article V, section 3(b)(7) of the Florida Constitution until a motion to stay the disbursement of funds has been ruled on by the lower court. The petition is denied.
