Application to vacate stay of execution of sentence of death presented to Justice Thomas and by him referred to the Court granted. The November 17, 2022 order of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit is vacated. Justice Sotomayor, Justice Kagan and Justice Jackson would deny the application.
