ORDER GRANTING ORAL ARGUMENT AND QUASHING REQUESTS FOR ADMISSIONS

On Motion of Defendant United Health Group (Doc. No. 60) and with the consent of Plaintiff, the Court will hear oral argument on UHG's Motion for Summary Judgment at the same time it hears oral argument on Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment. All parties must contact Judicial Assistant Kelly Kopf for a date and time for that argument.

The case is also before the Court on Defendant United Health Group's Motion to Strike Plaintiff's Requests for Admission (Doc. No. 61). Defendant correctly points out that the Requests were served far later than the Court's deadline for making such requests and indeed after the deadline was once extended. As also noted, the rule for liberal construction of pleadings for pro se litigants does not extend to allowing them to bypass court orders for deadlines. Accordingly, the Plaintiff's Requests for Admission are quashed and United Health need not respond.
