The reporter's record was due October 2, 2017. When it was not filed, we notified court reporter Sasha Brooks by postcard dated October 3, 2017 that the record was overdue. We directed Ms. Brooks to file the reporter's record within thirty days. To date, the reporter's record has not been filed and we have had no communication from Ms. Brooks.
We ORDER court reporter Sasha Brooks to file, within TWENTY DAYS of the date of this order, the complete reporter's record in these appeals. We caution Ms. Brooks that the failure to do so may result in the Court taking whatever action it deems appropriate to ensure that these appeals proceed in a timely fashion, which may include ordering that she not sit as a court reporter until the record in these appeals is filed.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Stephanie Mitchell, Presiding Judge, 291st Judicial District Court; Sasha Brooks, court reporter, 291st Judicial District Court; and to counsel for all parties.
