JUDGMENT


The court has dismissed this prisoner in forma pauperis compliant. A judgment of dismissal without prejudice is entered in favor of defendants. Plaintiff shall take nothing by way of his complaint.

ORDER OF DISMISSAL

This is a civil rights case brought pro se by a prisoner at a county jail. The complaint was dismissed with leave to amend because plaintiff had not named as defendants the jailors he contended abused him. The order was returned by the post office as undeliverable, marked "not in custody." Plaintiff has not provided a new address.

More than sixty days have passed since the mail was returned. This case is DISMISSED without prejudice. See Local R. 3-11(b).

IT IS SO ORDERED.
