Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from the November 2019 Appellate Division order and that portion of the July 2019 Appellate Division order as affirmed the denial of defendants' motion to renew, dismissed upon the ground that the former order and portion of the latter order do not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Constitution; motion for leave to appeal otherwise denied.
