On April 11, 2023, the Court granted the Commissioner's Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing and set the hearing for May 17, 2023, at the remote special hearing session in Washington, DC. On May 12, 2023, the Commissioner filed a status report informing the Court that the subpoena has been complied with and a document subpoena hearing is no longer necessary. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that this case is hereby stricken from the remote special hearing session of the Court scheduled to begin at 1:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, in Washington, DC.
