Sua sponte, parties ordered to file no later than Tuesday, August 23, 2022, a response, if any, to motion of proposed intervenor, NorthPoint Development, L.L.C., to intervene as a party-respondent. No requests or stipulations for extension of time to respond to the motion to intervene shall be filed, and the clerk of the court shall refuse to file any requests or stipulations for extension of time.
