The petition for writ of prohibition is hereby dismissed without prejudice to raise any issue of prejudice as to any panel member in the plenary appeal.

Petitioner's Emergency Motion to Stay Proceedings in Fourth District Court of Appeal or to Direct Respondents to Show Cause Why Relief Should Not Be Granted On Petitioner's PAH Co. and Peter Holmos' Petition for Writ of Prohibition is hereby denied.
