An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 16, 2020, and said appeal having been perfected,

And defendants-respondents having moved for an order transferring the within action to the Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department, to hear and determine the appeal, or in the alternative, assigning a panel of Justices not conflicted,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeal is transferred to the Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department for determination; and

It is further ordered that all further proceedings in connection with this appeal shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department. ENTERED: April 29, 2021
