Hall v. Wainwright

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Sep 28, 1983
437 So. 2d 716 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1983)

Opinion

No. AS-297.

August 23, 1983. Rehearing Denied September 28, 1983.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Leon County; Charles E. Miner, Jr., Judge.

Kenneth Eric Hall, appellant pro se.

Jim Smith, Atty. Gen., and Lawrence A. Kaden, Asst. Atty. Gen., for appellee.

Hall appeals from the trial court's dismissal of his petition for writ of habeas corpus. Having reviewed Hall's brief, appellee's answer and Hall's "Traverse To Answer of Appellee" that we treat as a reply brief, we find no error and affirm.

MILLS, JOANOS and WIGGINTON, JJ., concur.
