Wendall Jermaine Hall, Petitioner(s) v. State of Florida, Respondent(s)

Lower Tribunal No(s).: 171994CF003077XXXAXX; 171994CF003113XXXAXX

To the extent the petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus compelling the Circuit Court of the First Judicial Circuit, in and for Escambia County, to rule on the Motion to Withdraw filed by counsel on July 18, 2023, the petition is dismissed as moot because it appears that the circuit court granted the motion on April 4, 2024. To the extent the petitioner seeks additional relief against the circuit court, the petition is denied without prejudice. No motion for rehearing will be entertained by this Court.

CANADY, COURIEL, GROSSHANS, FRANCIS, and SASSO, JJ., concur.
