Disposition: The State's motion to dismiss this appeal or sanction counsel for the appellant is granted in part. Within thirty days from the entry of this order, Wanda X. Abioto shall pay the Mississippi Clerk of Appellate Courts $100 in sanctions for intentionally filing an unfinished opening brief and then failing to timely file a corrected brief. The State's briefing period shall be reset upon the entry of this order. All other requests in the State's motion are denied. The appellant's motion to accept counsel's last untimely August 9, 2018 opening brief is granted. Order entered.
