By order of March 31, 1999, this case was remanded to the workers' compensation magistrate for a statement of which work-relatedness standard was used. The magistrate having responded by opinion and order of August 23, 1999, the application for leave to appeal from the March 13, 1998 decision of the Court of Appeals is again considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND this matter to the Workers' Compensation Appellate Commission for reconsideration in light of the magistrate's August 23, 1999 opinion on remand from this Court.

We do not retain jurisdiction.
