Hall v. Calderon

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Fourth Department
Mar 1, 1929
226 App. Div. 725 (N.Y. App. Div. 1929)

Opinion

March, 1929.

Present — Sears, P.J., Crouch, Taylor, Edgcomb and Crosby, JJ.

Judgment affirmed, with costs. All concur, except Edgcomb and Crosby, JJ., who dissent and vote for reversal on the law on the ground that the evidence is insufficient to support a finding that there was not reasonable and probable cause to believe that a crime had been committed.
