ORDER
Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:
The motion to waive fees is GRANTED in this case only.
The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because the January 11, 2024 order, which was entered by a district court, is not an order that is appealable of right to this Court. MCR 7.203(A)(1)(a). Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of an appeal in the proper circuit court. See MCR 7.103.
