On August 25, 2022, petitioner filed in the above-captioned matter a document under the designation "Motion to Consolidate Docket Numbers 12932-20, 35220-21". However, such submission was procedurally improper insofar as it was not filed in all cases sought to be consolidated.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the purported Motion to Consolidate Docket Numbers 12932-20, 35220-21, filed August 25, 2022, at Docket Entry #8, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
