This case is a companion to Muse v. Patterson Company, et al, on the docket of this court this day decided and reported in 182 So.2d 665.

For the reasons assigned in the companion case, the demands of the plaintiff herein are rejected.

Accordingly, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed at appellant's costs.

Affirmed.
