HAI NGUYEN & PHUONG QUACH, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Joseph Robert Goeke Judge

This case is calendared for trial on the Court's December 11, 2023, San Diego, California Trial Session.

Pending before the Court is petitioners' Motion for Decision Document, filed October 19, 2023. On November 9, 2023, respondent filed a Response to petitioners' pending motion. Respondent informed the Court that a decision document is inappropriate because there is no resolution for this docket by settlement. For this docket to be resolved, petitioners need to appear at Court in San Diego, California on December 11, 2023, otherwise they risk having this case defaulted. The Court advises petitioners to communicate with respondent to get this case prepared for trial. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that this case remains set for trial on the Court's December 11, 2023, San Diego, California Trial Session. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion for Decision Document is denied.
