Melanie Lynn HAGNER, Appellant v. Juan Antonio VALDEZ Jr., Appellee

From the 407th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2023-CI-01683 Honorable Rosie Alvarado, Judge Presiding

ORDER

LUZ ELENA D. CHAPA JUSTICE

On December 6, 2023, appellant Melanie L. Hagner filed "Appellant's Motion to Hold Trial Court Reporter in Contempt for Failure to Deliver the Reporter's Record," stating court reporter Debra Jimenez failed to file a February 3, 2023 hearing transcript. On December 7, 2023, we ordered Ms. Jimenez to file a response to the motion confirming there is no such transcript or a copy of the February 3 hearing transcript in lieu of a response. On December 11, 2023, Ms. Jimenez filed a response stating she filed the only record she took-the February 2, 2023 hearing transcript.

Accordingly, we deny appellant's motion and order appellant's brief due January 18, 2024.
