Melanie Lynn HAGNER, Appellant v. Juan Antonio VALDEZ Jr., Appellee

From the 407th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2023-CI-01683 Honorable Rosie Alvarado, Judge Presiding

ORDER

LUZ ELENA D. CHAPA, JUSTICE

On September 12, 2023, appellant Melanie Lynn Hagner moved for an extension of time to file her brief, stating the reporter's record was incomplete. We denied the motion as moot, concluding, the reporter's record appeared to be missing at least one volume. We ordered court reporter Debra Jimenez to file any missing volumes of the reporter's record in connection with the March 7, 2023 final protective order no later than October 2, 2023. Thereafter, Jimenez filed a notice of late record, requesting until December 20, 2023. We granted the motion, in part, granting Jimenez until December 4, 2023. On November 27, 2023, Jimenez filed a reporter's record and has confirmed with our clerk's office there are no additional reporter's records in connection with this case.

Accordingly, we order appellant to file the Appellant's brief no later than January 5, 2023.
