Julee H. Hafner Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

MAURICE B. FOLEY, CHIEF JUDGE

On October 6, 2021, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision. Upon review, the Court notes that the filing improperly incorporates both a Proposed Stipulated Decision and a Settlement Stipulation as a single submission. Conversely, the two items should be filed separately.

Accordingly, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed October 6, 2021, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 29, 2021, the parties shall file, as separate docket entries, a Proposed Stipulated Decision and a Settlement Stipulation containing a statement of account (Form 3623).
