Francis I. Spagnoletti of Spagnoletti & Co. PLLC, counsel for appellants, Charles M. Haden, Jr. and Shelley W. Haden, has filed a motion to withdraw, requesting that he be allowed to withdraw from representing appellants in this appeal. Because the motion fails to comply with Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 6.5(b), it is denied. See Tex. R. App. P. 6.5(b). Nothing in this order prevents the filing of a motion to withdraw that complies with the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure.
