Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained as the result of the defendant's alleged negligence, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven and tried to the jury before Burns, J.; verdict and judgment for the named plaintiff, from which the plaintiffs appealed to this court. No error.
