Hacker v. Hacker

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fifth District
Nov 29, 1995
663 So. 2d 661 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1995)

Opinion

No. 95-764.

October 20, 1995. Rehearing Denied November 29, 1995.

Non-Final Appeal from the Circuit Court for Volusia County; Joseph G. Will, Judge.

James C. Hacker, Port Orange, pro se.

James L. Rose, of Rice Rose, P.A., Daytona Beach, for Appellee.

It would serve no useful purpose to expend the space necessary to recount the unique procedural history of this case. We do conclude, however, after sorting it all out, that the trial court was correct in determining that it had not lost jurisdiction to act in the proceeding. Accordingly, the appealed order is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.

HARRIS, GRIFFIN and ANTOON, JJ., concur.
