ORDER

Elizabeth Crewson Paris Judge.

On March 7, 2022, this Court filed its Memorandum Opinion (T.C. Memo. 2022-16), docket entry 184, which states at the end thereof: "Decision will be entered under Rule 155."

Petitioners filed Motion to Extend Time to Submit Rule 155 Computation for Entry of Decision found at docket entries 185 and 187. The Court granted those Motions and extended the time to August 30, 2022, found at docket entries 186 and 188.

On August 30, 2022, docket entry 190, the parties filed Respondent's Computation for Entry of Decision. Respondent's Computation however was filed unredacted, and therefore the Court will strike this docket entry.

On August 30, 2022, docket entry 191, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision. The Proposed Decision contained a numerical error and therefore, the Court will strike this docket entry.

On August 31, 2022, docket entry 192, the parties filed a redacted Respondent's Computation for Entry of Decision. Respondent's Computation however still contained the numerical error from the earlier Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed August 30, 2022, docket entry 191, and therefore incorrect. The Court will strike this docket entry.

On September 25, 2022, the parties filed: (1) an Agreed Computation for Entry of Decision; and (2) a Proposed Stipulated Decision, docket entries 193 and 194 respectively, for the Court's consideration and review. The Court will accept these docket entries.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that Respondent's Computation for Entry of Decision, the parties filed August 30, 2022, docket entry 190, is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed August 30, 2022, docket entry 191, is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that Respondent's Computation for Entry of Decision, the parties filed August 31, 2022, docket entry 192, is stricken from the Court's record in this case.
