JUDGMENT
The Court has entered its Order Adopting the Findings, Conclusions and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge in this case.
It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Plaintiff's claims be, and they are hereby dismissed for want of prosecution pursuant to Rule 41(b), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
