ORDER
David Gustafson, Judge.
Now before us is the parties' joint motion (Doc. 89) to amend our scheduling order. We will grant the motion.
Our scheduling order (Doc. 77) in these consolidated cases ordered a schedule equivalent to the schedule we ordered in the related case of St. Andrews Plantation, LLC v. Commissioner, Dkt. No. 20849-17. On April 27, 2023, we held a telephone conference with counsel in St. Andrews, after which we issued an order revising the schedule in St. Andrews.
The motion filed in these three related cases asks us to make equivalent changes to the schedule in these cases. Because this is a reasonable suggestion, it is
ORDERED that the joint motion is granted. It is further
ORDERED that the deadlines in the third "Ordered" paragraph of our order of March 1, 2023 (Doc. 77), are modified, so that formal discovery requests shall be served no later than July 31, 2023 (so as to require responses by August 31, 2023); and any motion to compel shall be filed no later than September 29, 2023. It is further
ORDERED that the fourth "Ordered" paragraph of our order (Doc. 77), requiring a joint status report that proposes a schedule for further pretrial activity, is hereby vacated. We expect to order such a proposal in the future.
