ORDER ON MOTION

On June 22, 2023, the Court issued an order striking the appellate brief filed by appellant H-Town Car Stereo, LLC ("H-Town"). The order further required H-Town to have its attorney file a notice of appearance and an amended notice of appeal. H-Town has complied with our order.
H-Town has filed a motion to extend time by sixty days to file an amended brief. Appellee Tarsina LLC has not filed a response to the motion. Accordingly, the Court grants the motion. H-Town's amended brief is due within 60 days of the date of this order. No extension of time will be granted to H-Town absent extraordinary circumstances.
Tarsina LLC has filed a responsive brief in this appeal, and this brief remains a part of the appellate record. The Court further orders that Tarsina LLC may file an amended or supplemental brief within 30 days after H-Town files an amended brief.
It is so ORDERED.
