Appellant Jerry Guzzetta filed his notice of appeal on April 5, 2022, through Appellate Counsel Carl Kolb. See TEX. R. APP. P. 6.1(a). No other counsel filed any notice of appearance on behalf of Appellant Guzzetta in this court. See TEX. R. APP. P. 6.2. Nevertheless, Intervenor Patrick Stolmeier moved to disqualify Attorney Ryan Anderson, who briefly appeared as plaintiff's counsel in the trial court. Prior to this appeal, Attorney Ryan Anderson filed a motion to withdraw in the trial court, but the record does not show that the motion was ruled on. This court requested and Anderson filed a motion to withdraw. Attorney Anderson's withdrawal is noted/granted.
