On March 3, 2022, petitioner filed an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee. Based on our examination of that Application, the Court concludes that petitioner has failed to establish he lacks the financial ability to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee in this case. Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that petitioner's above Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is denied. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before April 18, 2022, petitioner shall pay the filing fee in this case. If, by April 18, 2022, the filing fee is not received, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.
