ORDER


ON THIS DAY came to be considered the motion of MICHAEL GUZMAN, Petitioner, by and through his counsel, Assistant Federal Public Defender Marc H. Robert, for an extension of the due date for Mr. Guzman's response to the Magistrate Judge's Proposed Findings and Recommended Disposition in this cause. The Court, having reviewed the Motion, being aware that the Motion is not opposed by the Respondent and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, is of the opinion that the Motion is well taken and should be granted.
