DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to direct the respondent's counsel to make available to the appellant's counsel all trial exhibits in the possession of the respondent's counsel on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 6, 2015, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before June 24, 2016, the respondent's counsel shall make available to the appellant's counsel all trial exhibits in the possession of the respondent's counsel; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until July 25, 2016, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
