Carlos Daniel Gutierrez-Espinosa v. The State of Texas

County Criminal Court at Law No. 13 of Harris County Trial court case number: 2425676

ORDER

Julie Countiss, Judge.

On January 22, 2024, appellant, Carlos Daniel Gutierrez-Espinosa, has filed a letter for an extension of time to file the reporter's record, requesting "the Court set the due date for the reporter's record at the end of March, such that [court reporter,] Ms. Leal has time to prepare the reporter's record following the final payment on February 29, 2023."

We treat appellant's letter as a motion for extension.

The record reflects that appellant and court reporter, Leah Leal have reached an agreement as to the payment for the record.

The motion for extension is granted. The reporter's record must be filed on or before March 29, 2024. See TEX. R. APP. P. 35.3(c). No further extensions shall be granted.

It is so ORDERED.
