The clerk's record has been filed. Ms. Ana Laura Alcantar is the court reporter responsible for preparing, certifying, and filing the reporter's record in this appeal. On May 22, 2013, Ms. Alcantar filed a Notification of Late Record, stating that appellant has not filed a designation of record. Ms. Alcantar has indicated to this court that she will not contest appellant's claim of indigence.
On July 27, 2013, appellant designated the reporter's record. Accordingly, Ms. Alcantar is hereby ORDERED to file the reporter's record no later than August 16, 2013.
