MEMORANDUM OPINION


On March 14, 2008, we ordered the Dallas County Clerk to file, within fifteen days, either the clerk's record or written verification that appellant has not paid for the record. We provided in the order that if we received notification of non-payment, we would dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b). A copy of the order was sent to appellant. On March 19, 2008, we received correspondence from the clerk that appellant has not paid for the record. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution.
