This case was continued from the Court's January 9, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia trial session and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.
On January 17, 2023, the parties filed a joint status report indicating that at this point, the case will not be heard by the IRS Independent Office of Appeals and that the parties would like additional time to confer on the best course of action for this case. Upon due consideration, it is
