In re: Gulf International Cinema Corporation applying for Supervisory Remedial Writs.


Writ granted. The exhibitor must be allowed to make a copy of the film for his use upon a showing by the exhibitor that other copies of the film are not available to the exhibitor, failing which the seized film must be returned to the exhibitor pending a judicial determination of the obscenity issue. See Heller v. New York, 413 U.S. 483, 93 S.Ct. 2789, 37 L.Ed.2d 745 (1973).
